This membership site is for individuals looking for an online fitness and training resource.  I built this site with the desire to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness goals while sharing as much of my fitness knowledge as I possibly can.

How this membership site works:

In an effort to help as many people as possible, at this time I will not be creating any personal customized workout plans or meal plans.  I will be posting basic workout programs that cover almost anyone’s needs for whatever goal they wish to accomplish.

I will provide basic meal plans, menus, grocery lists and calorie tracker guides that I personally built and use for myself.  I will try to post a new workout plan, menu, and grocery list once a month.

If there is enough demand, I will include the option of building customized workout plans for folks.

There will be a suggestion form so that folks can provide me with suggestions on what they would like to see in the future.

There will be a forum section as I want this site to form a community.
