Having Trouble Starting a Fitness Program? Small Changes Matter
Remember this, if you want to start a fitness routine, but are having trouble getting started, small changes matter. Making small changes to your current routine, geared toward fitness, add up and can help spark the changes you need.
Example, if you have set a goal to lose a certain amount of weight, but are have trouble motivating yourself to track calories, grab a sheet of paper, jot down the date, and scribble out what you ate for the day. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated or intricate, just an overview of what you ate for the day. Don’t put the calories, just write down what you ate. After you get used to doing this for a few days, then start adding the calories next to the foods you ate. Just build-up some initial inertia.
Keep adding small changes, and overtime, you will have created yourself your very own routine for fitness.
