If you are trying to lose weight, keeping food portions smaller is always a good idea. To help keep portion sizes smaller, use a smaller plate, bowl, or food container to eat off of or out of.

Example, instead of using a dinner plat to eat your dinner, try using a smaller desert plate. Remember, though, drastically cutting calories can be negative. So always remember to consume enough calories to keep you healthy, yet accomplish your weight loss goal.
