Walking Tip Number Two…

Here is a simple walking tip to help make getting in those walking minutes a bit easier for those of you that are super busy during the day. If you have a goal to walk a certain amount of minutes per day, let’s say 30 minutes for this example, but are pressed with time, break up your walk in to three 10 minute walks during the day.
