Calorie Counting Tip…

If you are counting calories, to achieve a certain goal, remember to adjust your calorie intake based off of your current weight. I like to go in 10 pound increments. Example, if I were trying to lose 20 pounds, and was tracking my caloric intake based off of my current weight, after I lost 10 pounds, I would adjust my caloric intake accordingly. This tip works well if you are trying add weight, too.
